Blue Star Concierge provides Car Leasing and Limousine Services.
Drivers from 22 years old to 65 years old can rent
The person looking to rent a car must:

  1. Be Singaporean or a PR
  2. Hold a Singapore Driver’s License
  3. Have a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
  4. be at least 22 years of age

Our car rental charges are competitively priced based on market pricing
We require a rental period of at least 3 days.
Deposit: $500
Upfront Rental (e.g. Driver came on Thurs, upfront rental will be from Friday to Sunday)
NRIC
Valid Driving License

  1. We only accept payments in cash.
  2. If the vehicle is under Grab guarantee, rental will be deducted by Grab using Grab credit.

Make a reservation for a car either through our Contact Form, Email, Phone, or any of our sales personnel and we will contact you shortly!
Yes, we require a 50% of the deposit.

  1. For deposits for vehicles, the deposit will be fully refunded to the driver once the contract is fufilled.
  2. For deposits made to secure reservations, refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Please refer to the attachment.
Should an accident occur, we will address the situation based on the the nature of the accident.

Under circumstances whereby a BSC vehicle hits another vehicle, the following courses of actions and costs are:

  1. Accident report will be filled
  2. Repair cost: $1070
  3. 3rd Party Claims: $1250

Under circumstances whereby another vehicle hits a BSC vehicle, the driver would be required to fill an accident report only.

Yes, all you have to do is add their name in the contract as a relief driver.
Should you have any problems with the vehicle, contact our sales personnel at__________.
No, all BSC vehicles are covered by insurance.
Yes, our insurance coverage covers Singapore to West Malaysia. (inform BSC in advance)

Yes, you will have to cover your own petrol costs.
No, but please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it contained at pick up.
No. You are free to drive around for as much as you want.
For vehicle returns before 12 noon, there are no extra charges.
However, returns after 12 noon, will be charged 1 day rental.
No, smoking whilst driving is against LTA law.
